Refund and Exchange Policy
Please note, we only allow the return for items that are faulty upon receipt. We do not accept returns that arise from change of circumstances.
Description of our item (size/weight and length) is provided in the single item catalogue page and we recommend our customers review prior to purchase.
How To Return An Item
To return the item/s, they/it must be in its original “unused” condition. Unless of-cause, there is a manufacturer defect.
You must return the item within 7 days of your purchase.
Prior to returning the item, please follow the steps below:
1. Please email: firstname.lastname@example.org to advise us of your request for refund/return. We will assign you a tracking number and the postal information you require.
2. Mail your returning item to the Postal Address we provided you in response to your email above.
3. In your package include a note stating the reason for your return and your account details.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
We will not charge a restocking/hang fee however, we will not refund the shipping costs for returning the order back to us.
You are welcomed to exchange your item for another but must be of the same value. You can also use the credit towards the purchase of a different item.
